Charco Azul is located in the coastal borough of Los Llanillos, in the municipality of La Frontera, on the north of El Hierro in the Canary Islands.

Charco Azul are two precious natural salty water pools, which have been adapted to be used both by locals and tourists. For your own safety a staircase was installed. Nearby you’ll also find public showers, a bar-restaurant and umbrellas.

We should highlight that the entrance to these pools is free and public so you should access it without any problem.

If you’re in El Hierro you shouldn’t avoid visiting the Charco Azul as you’ll spend a different and very amusing day.
