The protected site of Los Órganos is located on the north side of Vallehermoso municipality in the island of La Gomera in the Canary Islands.

The Los Órganos Natural Monument has an extension of more than 150 hectares and it’s the best basaltic formation you will find in the island of La Gomera. This is an impressive cliff that starts on the sea level and reaches nearly 700 meters high.

On this cliff the marine erosion formed a kind of large tubes grouped through the whole cliff, named Los Órganos, or The Organs.

To observe this natural monument you should come from the sea as it’s impossible to see it from the land. For this purpose you’ll find a great amount of excursions offering a great panoramic view over the monument.
