You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that reception opening hours are from 09:00 until 14:00 and from 16:00 until 21:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival in order to guarantee the payment. Please note that there is a 10 EUR charge for check in outside reception opening hours.
