The Casona de San Luis, also known as Hacienda de San Luis is located on the main square with the same name in Santa Úrsula on the island of Tenerife.

The Casona de San Luis has more than 150 years. This house is located next to the Calvario and the San Luis Hermitage, this three sites form a very interesting cultural complex.

The La Casona Building has a typical canary architecture and it has two main floors with more than 220 meters each. The upper floor was used as a house while the down floor was used as a barn.

This charmful house belonged to the Román family and it was recently rebuilt. Nowadays it’s closed for construction of new facilities and infrastructures that will provide new spaces for conferences, concerts, performs and many other cultural activities. A new building is being raised next to this one that will have a pottery workshop.
