There is cleaning service 5 times a week. Towels are changed 3 times a week, and sheets once a week.

The property's staff will then direct guests to the Apartamentos Patricia where the keys have to be collected. Reception hours for the Apartamentos Patricia are 10:00 - 14:00 and 18:00 - 22:00.
