If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 100 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that the key lost or locking the key inside the house will carry a penalty of EUR 50. For this purpose you can find a safe box outside the house where the keys can be placed.
