The Charco de las Palomas beach is located in the Arucas municipality in Gran Canaria.

The waters are usually very calm making this a perfect beach for bathing.

More than just a beach, the Charco de las Palomas, is actually a set of precious natural pools that will amaze you by their crystal clear waters and beautiful landscape.

This beach isn’t usually crowded so it might be a good place to relax. Even though slightly lonely they have minimum services has cleaning, parking and a picnic areas.

How to get here:

To come here by bus you might catch the lines 105,103,125,116,206,213,204,202 and 234.

To get here by car you should take the GC-2 in direction to Agaete, enter on the second junction taking you to Arucas through the C-810. Follow that road and after passing a small bridge exit on the left to “El Puertillo”. After passing a small village, cross the highway and a few meters after you’ll see this beach.
