Please inform San Agustín Sun & Seaviews Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside of the check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival: -Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30 -Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50 -Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80 Air conditioning is available in the main bedroom, living room, kitchen and gym. Please note that the swimming pool can be heated on request for a surcharge of EUR 280 per week.
