The Gofio Museum and the Ganadero Museum are located near the road that links Firgaswith Valleseco in the island of Gran Canaria, Canary Islands.

This building remains to the beginning of the XVI century and it worked non-stop for more than 400 years. In 1959 it was abandoned due to a great drought.

The Ganadero Museum is located in the millman’s house. This museum pays tribute to the main ganaderos (ranchers) of Firgas. In this museum you might explore an exhibition with more than 500 trophies as well as some important farm tools.

The mill, the roaster and the millman’s house are located on the irrigation ditch of the Heredad de Aguas de Arucas y Firgas due to the need to use the water power to move the grinding stones.
