The aparmetns are within a residential complex (with no reception and no swimming pool) located in a well known nocturnal entertainment area and there is loud music until the early hours of the morning. Aparment descriptions that state they are "close to the extremely lively Lava Bar" are especially noisy." As vacation homes (official classification: vivienda vacacional), apartments are cleaned for arrival only. There is no daily or weekly cleaning service.
