The 3-bedroom villa features 1 double bedroom, a quadruple room with single beds, and a room with a nest bed. They all share 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. The living-dining room has a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and has direct access to the swimming pool. The modern kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and oven. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, and ironing facilities are also provided. Set in a quiet area with views of Los Ajaches, La Granja is a 10-minute walk from Las Coloradas Beach and from the seafront promenade. Popular Marina Rubicón, and Papagayo Beach are both 2 km away.


A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform La Granja in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that pets under 4 kg are allowed in the property. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A cleaning service is provided as follows: - For stays of up to 7 days the property will be cleaned after check-out. - For stays between 8 and 15 days a cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen will be provided on the 7th day and property will be cleaned after check-out. - For stays of more than 15 days a cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen will be provided every 7 days and property will be cleaned after check-out. Guests are expected to leave the property in an acceptable state. The property reserves the right to charge an additional fee if extra cleaning is required.
