For stays of 10 nights or more, the villa will be cleaned and bed linen changed weekly.

Please note that the swimming pool is heated from October until May. During summer months, it could be heated on prior request at the extra cost of EUR 50 per week. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
