Please note that the key lost or locking the key inside the house will carry a penalty of EUR 50. For this purpose you can find a safe box outside the house where the keys can be placed.

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
